We know that first appointments can sometimes be stressful—but our goal is to ensure that your time spent here at Turlock Dental Studio is the complete opposite. Your First Visit

The new patient experience begins the moment a patient calls our office; we’ll answer promptly with a friendly and calm tone, and as soon as we learn it, we’ll refer to you by your name from that point forward. We’ll be sure to listen intently to the reason for your call, rather than immediately diving into payment or discussing insurance.
Before you arrive, you’ll have the chance to fill out your new patient paperwork, and we’ll provide you with clear instructions on what to do when you arrive, including even where to park and when to show up. Once you walk through the front door, you can expect to be greeted immediately by name before the check-in process begins. From there, you’ll be taken back to the treatment room as the visit is explained step by step and your initial questions are answered.
During the examination, Dr. Ishaya will listen carefully to any concerns you have and then discuss his findings with you before reviewing any relevant treatment options. You’ll understand what the issue is, why treatment is needed, and the potential consequences of delaying care. Financial discussions will always take place privately and respectfully, with full transparency and patience.
Before you leave, we’ll also be sure to help you schedule your next appointment, whether it’s in the near future for follow-up care, months from now for routine care, or sometime in between.

We understand that you might have invested in dental insurance to help protect your and your family’s smiles—and truth be told, this is a wise investment. That’s why our office is proudly dental insurance-friendly, and even in network with most PPOs. If you ever have questions about how to make the most of your coverage at our office, or if you need assistance filing your claim, don’t hesitate to let us know!

Our in-house membership plans start as low as $26 a month and are designed to make quality dental care more accessible and affordable for patients without insurance. Better yet, it includes a wide range of services offered here at our Turlock office, including preventive care as well as other types of treatments. Financing Available

For patients without dental insurance, you aren’t out of luck if you’re concerned about making your and your family’s dental care more affordable. In addition to being an insurance-friendly practice, we also work with CareCredit and Cherry; these two financiers offer qualifying patients low-to-no interest payment options that fit within their budget.
